[ANSWERED] Question regarding the warden

I noticed an update around 60 minutes after the tripwire occurred (kicked everyone to character select), on EU, and I was wondering if this was related to the warden update, or if the warden update was pushed simultaneously on all regions? Blizzard tends to push stuff on US region first, which is why I am asking.

None of this really matters, I am just curious
