[ANSWERED] Question about the Buddy Auth Portal

Hi Honorbuddy,
I just purchased a new key here, but when i was trying to create an account in Buddy Auth Portal with the same email i used when purchasing, it's said the email was taken and won't allow me to register. I might have register that email before, but i cannot remember. And when i go to the resend me activation email. I typed the same email address, but it says Could not find a user by that email address. What i'm supposed to do? it keeps saying i have used this email and also says Could not find a user by that email address. I cannot create an account in buddy store to purchase anything now. Thanks for the help.
 
and if i use the same buddy store account but attached my new key here, will i be able to purchase the product i refunded before?

These two articles will help you get your Buddy Auth account set up correctly, and start using the Buddy Store:

If you have any problems, you will need to contact the Bossland GmbH 'front office' at [email protected], and work with them to resolve the issue. (They can take up to 48 hours to respond, and do not work the weekends.) The forum staff will not be able to help you in this matter, because we have access to neither the user account information, nor the tools to assist.
