Just as the title says I think blizz has stumbled onto a easier way to detect. Reason being is that none of my mice work for my laptop which is a gaming laptop and never had this happen to me with any of my new pc's. till now. What happened is my mouse wasn't working right on the 32 bit so when I reset everything which really was only changing 32 to 64 I had no more issues with my mouse and the game ran a lot smoother. The reason I'm saying this is because I have never seen the game have such a difference with the 32 and 64 till now. I never seen my mice not work and I tried wired and wireless and both made my screen go haywire. I am saying this because maybe its time to come up with the 64 bit version. The 32 is old and outdated and honestly is affecting people's performance. As stated my laptop is a brand new gaming laptop so I know I shouldn't have issues. but when I reverted back to 64 everything was fine. Please start listening to everybody that has given a lot of money to your company to allow it to run and function for so long change to 64 bit and see a lot of improvements.

false info and wrong section

The problem is unique to your system, and probably an issue with your device drivers.
