[ANSWERED] My Kingdom for some help (please)

I have no clue where I need to ask for help. I keep getting told that everyone I reach out to is the wrong person. My key for HB is not working. I was out of the game for a while (months) now I get a message saying I am not authorized and my key is already in use. It all worked fine before the last wow patch. I have no clue where to go to start to repair this stuff. Any help would be appreciated.
