[ANSWERED] Lost HB key, username and password :/

Hey guys, I'm asking for a friend. He bought an unlimited one session a few years ago, then he stopped wow. He just decide to come back, but he cannot find his username. He still has the same email adress but there isnt an option to get his username back.
So how to get his username ?
