[ANSWERED] Key Issues

Hello today I had issues with logging into wow under south east asia, I soon realised those servers were down I then changed to North America it came up with invalid key, I then purchased a new one all well and fine I can log in, how ever all my budy store purchases are not recognised under this key, I think the problem stems from two different log in as I am able to login in with two different names, could someone help me fix everything under the one name please so buddy store purchases are recogonised with my key.

Able to log in on old key now, would be nice to get my account sorted out under one email though still.

You must not have purchased the second key using the same email as the first.

To sort this problem, you will need to contact the Bossland GmbH front office at [email protected] and explain the problem and what you need to them. They will require proof-of-ownership of both keys (usually, the email addresses and transaction IDs used to make the purchases). The forum staff cannot assist you with these things, because we do not have access to user account information, or the associated tools.

The problems with the Southeast Asia region are known, and have been relayed to the senior staff.
