.... all my plugins and all my buddystore products are completely gone. i was using HB then I notice my game was no longer up. I put it back up and now it is all gone

Hi, Ctomkinson,
First, if you have more than one BuddyAuth account, be certain you are using the correct one.
If that's good, then you'll need to contact the Bossland GmbH 'front office', explain the problem to them, and provide proof of ownership.
The forum staff have no ability to help you with this. Its strictly between you and the front office.
