is it kinda safe to use hb after the ban wave?

and another question: why didn't another bot programs didn't get ban in the last wave ban?
 
no // as safe as always - dont bot on accs you cant afford to lose.

just guessing. popular bot, heavy user pop, bossland: blizz archenemy (lawsuits)
