[ANSWERED] Db not launching

-I reinstalled DB
-Network frame
-remover third part programs such as killer network and afterburner.
DB is still not opening running in windowed mode launching DB after D3 is up.
-I tried to inactivate my antivirus program
- DB does not show up in my Windows defender history
