[ANSWERED] Can't log on to Buddy auth Portal.

Hi, My name is Eric and im trying to log on to Buddy auth portal. But its telling me im using the wrong email adress. (It is correct). But when i try to make a new one it tells me that my ''email is wrong'' I just bought Honorbuddy. And i really want this to work. Pls help me. Need support fast . And now when i tryed to log in so many times it tells me its blocked...
