Cant find the email and it's not on buddy.auth. Anyway I can get my key??

So, I contacted support. They are telling me that I have no key assoiciated with this account. Which is funny considering that ive been using demonbuddy since season 5. Any help I can get with this would be appreciated since the CS guy is basically telling me I have no key...and I do.

Hi, SinisterJoint,
Only the Bossland GmbH 'front office' at [email protected] can assist you with this problem. The forum staff do not have access to either the user account information, or the tools to help you in this matter.
You should be able to produce the TransactionID, and the email used to make the purchase of the Buddy bot key. This should be enough for the 'front office' to investigate the matter.
