The entire Honorbuddy folder should be an exception to your Antivirus. Some Antivirus may require Honorbuddy, the Honorbuddy launcher, and the Honorbuddy installer executables to be specific exceptions, also. This article may help:

You are obviously running an AntiVirus; otherwise, this wouldn't be an issue.
Most people that believe that they "don't run an AntiVirus" are using Windows Defender. Windows Defender ships with the operating system, and is enabled by default. Windows Defender is indeed an AntiVirus program.
If indeed it is Google Chrome that is causing the problem, then you need to acquire Honorbuddy with another browser, until Chrome repairs the defect.
Your AntiVirus has been updated (most do several times a day), and it is now incorrectly identifying Honorbuddy as having a problem. You should probably report this false positive to your AntiVirus company.
