[ANSWERED] Can't create acct - There is already an account registered with this email

Wanted to try HonorBuddy and bought a trial account, everything is fine except all the profiles come from the Buddy Store, well when trying to register a account I get the error "There is already an account registered with this email please choose a different one" but I didn't create an account or register with the same email.

I know that I must send an email reporting but IF it takes 72 hours well that is the time I have the trial.
It really sucks as a new costumer to have this kind of error where it is not new and is common.

Aside contacting the support anything I can do?

Contact the Bossland front office at [email protected] is your only recouse. Sadly, they do not work the weekends.

The forum staff simply do not have access to the user account information, or the tools needed to assist you in this matter.

When you contact them, explain the problem, and see if they will extend your key. They are usually good about these things.
