[ANSWERED] Buddy Store Login

Good afternoon HB,

I cant seem to be able to log into Buddy Store, I tried even resetting my login password and when I attempt to log into buddy store it tells me my login is wrong.

please help, thanksss

As a reminder... the Buddy Store credentials are NOT the same as your forum credentials.

Ref: BosslandGmbH:Buddy Authentication Portal​

If you are unable to figure it out, you will need to contact the Bossland GmbH 'front office', and work with them to resolve the problem. They will require proof-of-ownership of the account (e.g., a TransactionID from the invoice of one of the session keys on the account).

Only the front office can help you with this matter. The forum staff simply do not have the capability to assist.
