So the Buddy administration refuses to read my messages. I try to log into the buddy store but it says there is no account matched to the username. Clearly i can log into the forums but not the store, I've purchased an honor buddy code and for over a week now and have yet to use it because i cannot access any profiles from the store. The Buddy administration after several attempts to contact them have yet to reply. Clearly they have no regard for their customers otherwise this issue would have been handled right away. Honor buddy admins are trash.

The credentials for the Buddy forums are distinct from your credentials at the Authentication Portal. The Authentication Portal credentials are needed to access the Buddy Store. You can find more information here:
If you somehow lost your Authentication Portal credentials, or are confused about them, only the Bossland front office can help you sort the issue. You can contact them at [email protected]. Nobody in the forums can assist you with this problem—as we don't have access to user account information, or the tools needed to so. The front office is your only recourse.
You most definitely should have access to the Buddy Store, but that does not keep you from using Honorbuddy at all! Honorbuddy ships with a boatload of some of the most useful profiles ever in the .../Honorbuddy/Default Profiles/ directory. There are also several sub-forums dedicated to Honorbuddy profiles. There is absolutely nothing standing in your way of using Honorbuddy to the fullest extent.
Since you are obviously a new user, this article should help you get started (you can also find a copy of the article in the .../Honorbuddy/ directory):
