I have tried to recover the password with the recover password option but it says account is not recognised so I go to register a new account just to make sure and it says that my email has already been taken. I have the user name correct because I checked my email. Can I talk to someone to reset my details, I have had a few emails saying that my password has been reset which is worrying.
