I accidentally bought a new key to add to my account, but it was purchased under the wrong email, habit I guess of using that email. Lol.

Can I get a refund for that purchase? I repurchased under the correct profile already.

Hi, Kurant,

You will need to contact the Bossland front office at [email protected] and explain the problem, and what you want to them. You should know the front office does not work the weekends.

There is nothing the forum staff can do for you, as we do not have access to user account information or the tools to assist in the matter.
