[ANSWERED] Bought but did not get: GoldBoss: All in One Engine + 7 Additional Modules

I bought "<<< GoldBoss: All in One >>> Engine + 7 Additional Modules" in buddyportal. However I cannot get the bot in HB. It is enabled in mypurchases but is not arriving to my HB.

I tried reinstalling HB, enabling / disabling it in mypurchases. but I am stuck without receiving this bot...

In the log files it is not mentioned... It is as it does not exist...

We know that's annoying!

Are you certain you are using the same account in the Buddy Store that you used to purchase and run your Honorbuddy? (I.e., do you have more than one Buddy Store account?)

First things to try:

• Reboot your machine
  
  
• Clear the caches
  
  Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:Cache corruption problems​

If no joy, you will need to contact the Bossland GmbH 'front office' and explain the problem to them. Sadly, the forum staff has absolutely zero ability to help you with this problem.
