[ANSWERED] accidently bought wrong

a month ago i had two pages open, one with a combat routine i was suppose to buy and second was ;

and i accidently bought firelands eventho i was suppose to buy the combat routine, and i didnt even owe the profile for 1 minute before i refunded and asking hoping to be able to buy this anyway in the future somehow.
now i have my unbanned account again and wants to buy firelands but i cant since i refunded for 1 minute ownership for missclick.

plz this should be able to fix somehow ? i really want that profile

Hi, Ducky,

You are clearly notified of the consequences of refunding, so our guess is you are out of luck. Your only recourse is to contact the Bossland GmbH 'front office', and see if they will make an exception.
