So my lifetime keys for Honor/Hearth have been taken away, with a 2 day notice like many other users. Could you at least offer us a discount on upgrading or signing up for a new plan? Its fine that you need to reignite your profits, I can understand, but this is an insanely short notice for all of us long time users. At the very least you could have given us more than a 2 day notice on the cancellation of our keys, maybe a month at least.
I was pleased with my Honorbuddy, so I bought a Lifetime for HearthBuddy last year too. Now I've lost one and will lose the other. If you're going to ask your customers for more money, this seems like the absolute worst way to go about it.
