Another cant log in thread

This is the most recent log, i've installed all the Microsoft updates, restarted my computer numerous times and still can not seem to get it to work

Download the latest version of honorbuddy.

Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.

Just did this but now it says authentication failed? and doesnt prompt me for any information, where do i enter the info?
