So I got my main account banned.
80+ lvl char on domination, old closed beta account, not a supporter.
Botted 8/24 for a week in docks.
I was not banned during botting, but after 2-3 days I've last time botted (some kind of banwave).
I did not receive any email with explanation why I was banned.
I sent an email asking them to tell me for what I was banned.
In 3 days I've received a letter where they apologize to me for a mistaken ban.
