hi guys,

yesterday a few of my diablo licenses got removed, they were granted due to the annual pass on their b.net accounts. but due to switching botting from wow to diablo this summer i missed to payoff the full annual pass agreement on some accounts and so this night my diablo accounts got reseted to starter accounts on some bnet accs.

question now, does anyone around here got experience with this situation? if i buy diablo and attach it to that accounts do i get full access on my old characters, gear and gold?!

i allready put up a ticket on 1 account, to see how blizz judges the situation, but yeah waiting times for tickets are a joke...

Why bother making ticket and get their 'eyes' on you? Yes, buying cdkey will get your account back. Delete this ticket asap.

first off thx for the reply!

getting eyes on something that is gone (at least for the moment) is not that bad though, nothing to lose in the first place, since at the moment there is "nothing" on the accounts left :P

you know for sure, that chars and items get restored by enetring a cd-key, after an annual pass diablo license got removed, or are you estimating it?!

From past experience (after RaF time was removed from my account putting my D3 at risk), if anything will work it must be the same Diablo 3 key activated. If you put on a new key, the old account is gone.

They advised me that once the recurring payment method was removed and the requirements of the Annual Pass were no longer being met, the D3 key was deleted (automically via script near the start of each month). This was on the phone with a very helpful agent. I don't know that they can get it back even if you resume the WoW account payments, but I know just adding a new key will not work.

^ This. That's more or less what they told me when my annual pass payment lapsed, too.
