How much is your CPU usage?

Hello I bought a new PC recently and I am noticing unusual high CPU usage, my CPU is AMD FX-8150, and with 8 bots its loading at 35-40%? How is this possible each of the HB's is using 2-2,5% but I've seen other people runing much more bots with lower CPU usage on older CPUs, or the 2nd article of Bossland where he runs 31 bots at 40% CPU usage with i7-920, and that CPU specs are lower than mine... my MB is Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3, Also using an SSD and a single instance of WoW.. GPU - Palit GTX560 2GB Ti load is at 13% and only 300MB, so no prob here... and 16 GB RAM this can't be causing it either...

What's yours? Post the number of bots, CPU, and CPU Usage (% in task manager) :)

What sort of settings are you running the clients at?

AMD FX 8150 is not a fantastic CPU. It's normal tbh.

You can try limiting the frames in WOW to 20-30 and your load will reduce. However, that i7 can handle more than the FX :(
AnandTech - Bench - CPU

The Bulldozer range do not play games well (in comparison to older AMD Phenom and Intel's i3/i5/i7 range) because of it's low instructions per clock.

My i5 3570K quad can do 8 bots at 30%-40% if I put the resolution, graphic settings and frames to low.

Edit: misread your post above... I did not see you already tried limiting frames :(
