To support my plugins I need to use HB. I have an account and I only started HB to test my plugin, nothing else. Just login the toon, enable plugins, start bot, look if he makes the right config files. Close bot. And this account is banned also.

Now I mostly play on private server (warmane.com) and I use a bot that support private servers as well as regular wow servers. No banhammer hit me on those accounts on regular wow servers. Maybe HB should take a look there, how that bot disguise his presence.

But HB is clear : we don't support private servers.

This is shortsighted, with the banhammer always hit HB users, they better change there policy and support private servers. If not, HB will die, because nobody will use it anymore.

I was sick to get banned all the time and since I use other bot now for 10 months, I don't think I will use HB again until it's not detectable anymore.

After every small patch HB is down for several hours (days), investigating the patch for changes. What do they investigate ? The banhammer strikes again.

The bot I current use have almost immediately after an new patch an update. I still got no bans after 10 months (5 accounts) and no ban reports in the forums, except for BG's, where you should not auto bot with any bot.

Most of the HB users have a lifetime account. With the new policy of accounts, HB will just die quicker it hey are not to be able to avoid the bans.

I was a happy HB user, but I don't take any risks anymore with HB.

You're right HB needs to get a full investigation.i mean boss land can not ignore the 3th big ban wave. Something is fucked up really bad.

I'm glad a developer admits that this needs to be fixed ASAP. Ok botting is never 100% safe but they can make it at least 70% safer.
