An error and a problem

I recently bought HB and all goes well except for the UI of HonorBuddy randomly disappearing, but the bot keeps going and controlling the game. The other problem occurs when that one doesn't, it gives me a fatal error with WoW and shuts both down.

Any suggestions?

for the UI issue

clear your settings folder and try again

for the crashing issue

clear your wow cache and disable all wow addons while botting

Thanks for the reply, it seems like the crashing issue was resolved, but the UI still persists to disappear randomly.
