I woundnt count in that at all. You are beind D/Ced because Blizzard cant maintain their fisher price servers in a way that doesnt affect one game or another. D3 is piggybacked on the WoW server as well as Hearthstone and StarCraft. Too much traffic split between multiple running processes is why you are getting kicked a lot. Also trying to run rifts is a bad idea, they are buggy and will D/C you right before you finish them about 98% of the time. Good luck.

It keep saying "Your service has been disconnected from the battle.net" every 5min or so

I suggest you wrap your PC in thick layer of tinfoil, that will show them!
