am I banned? can't login anymore for 3 days

Can't login to my mobile app pokemongo and to pokerfarmer, I've been trying for 3 days now(prior to that, i was able to bot this like 4 days ago). It's an old PTC account level 33 if I am not mistaken. Am i banned?, Cause i can login other accounts just as fine in my pokefarmer and app except for this one. Thank You

-I already cleared cache etc in my mobile app pokemongo
-I already used the new and updated pokefarmer

I am in the same boat, mine is giving some error about not getting data from the server, but I can't tell if I was banned or if its just an authentication error. Been doing this all day. I was level 15

I got same problem and I cant log in on mobile or PF. But on other hand I havent recieved an mail from them telling me Im banned either so Im not sure. They do send that mail right??

i have same issue here, only difference is i got banned after the update in pogo but not after using bot. my other acc works fine. and yeah

- i've tried log in using phone
- tried force stop, clear data, and reset phone
- certain it is ban with "authenticate" msg. i tried log in by phone and bot with other acc it works fine.

the only news is that i've see from other forum is that "authenticate" msg was still not a 100% a perma ban. unless we have the "official" that said so. which is still pretty sad.

after trying make a contact with pogo services there is a new msg pop up when i try to log in with my ban acc. it says "Oops! It seems that Pokemon.com has had an unexpected error. Don't worry; the site admin have been notified and they'll try to have the problem fixed soon"... i'm still hoping getting my acc back.
