Am i allowed to use Honor / gatherbuddy on 2 of my computers?

Okay can i run example honor buddy with the same acc on my main pc and my laptop at the same time or will my buddy acc get banned ? Thanks

you can use as many session as you have paid for.
ie lifetime = 3 sessions.
1 year HB = 1 session

Absolutely, if you have purchases two 'sessions'. (Lifetime comes with 3).
