I am using BGfarmer (millz) and the always stealth option just doesn't want to work in singular CR. It only stealth's when enemys are near. I also had to get another plugin called BurstOspeed because it doesnt seem to want to use that either as of late, it started to and then just stopped all together so I downloaded a plugin to do it for me.
If there was a plugin for stealth I would love that. I seen something called Keep Buffs Active but its not for sale anymore which seemed like it may have done the trick. I'm just not sure why the singular CR cant just always stealth.
