Done it many many many times. Just keep changing paypal accounts and getting new credit card numbers (legally please: open/close accounts, lost cards reissue, debit visa cards).
Chargeback hit Blizz where it hurts the most, lost $$$.

And that's a great way to get blacklisted by Paypal / your bank, charged with fraud, etc... Yay!

You can chargeback a regular credit card transaction. Just go to your bank branch and file for it.

The fact that you are telling people to change Paypal accounts to do this, it's pretty obvious that you know that these types of activities are fraudulent, and then having to put a legal disclaimer into your post...
