Always kill elites below % Health - not working?

My bots completely ignores the "Always kill elites below % health" setting. I have it set at 40% and the following options checked: Ignore Yellow/Rare packs, Ignore Minions, Always Attack Elites in Clusters.

I am running the latest DB beta, Trinity 2.14.31, Adventurer 1.3.4.14, and AutoFollow 1.0.10.
