Also have issue with not moving

it looks like the gb profile you're using is for flying mounts and you don't have the pluggin/lifetime account.
try searching for ground gb2 profiles and/or buy pluggin/upgrade to lifetime.
 
I can use a flying mount with the old GB but I have to pay more to use one in Cata? Don't want to buy a lifetime if it doesn't work... and if that is the case (that you need lifetime for GB2 to use flying mount in Cata) that should be stated somewhere don't ya think? Are there any plans to make GB run in Cata or do I HAVE to have the HB lifetime?
 
I think the flying mount was always the case. the reason I 'm saying it thinks you need this is:
[9:35:23 AM:539] Stop and dismount... Reason: Please purchase lifetime, or a plugin key to enable flight!

so either
a) you forgot to enter the pluggin key at loggon
b) your pluggin just happened to expire
c) you used to be running gb1 and are now running gb2, which is actually part of HB and HB flying requires a flying key/lifetime.
if/when they update gb1, you will probably be able to fly again just fine with it...but don't quote me on that
