allways geting stuck + lag (fps)?

so when demonbuddy loads it freeze frames the game allmost like really bad lag. i have read up on it a little bit? maybe my processor cant handle it? my CPU is only running at around 35-45% with demonbuddy running.

also im running the VyRasha by twocigars routine and for some reason on rifts and bounties it seems to just run to the edge of the map some times. then just move left and right untill it leaves game and makes new one?

i had read on the fourms to try and set to 60-60
ive had a play around with it nothing seems to make a difference

i had teamspeak and discord. uninstalled both and restarted comp. still lagging/low FPS
