Alliance Quest Profile (Kalimdor)

Working on The Loremaster, ran just fine through Eastern Kingdoms, Northrend, & Outland, did Cata ones by hand. I got Kalimdor left, and it seems as if Kicks 1 - 85 does not have a profile for Kalimdor that Alli can use. Any suggestions, profiles, etc? Anything will help at this point, just finished doing the last half of every place, and I can not go on for 100% of the quests in Kalimdor.

which profile did you use for northrend / outland / eastern kingdoms ? or did you do it by hand ?
