All this bot down time

Im sorry if im Posting this in the wrong place here im new and cant find it anywhere else.

So i was just wondering with the bot downtime we had yesterday(Auth server issues) and the downtime today(wow client update and hb update). i was just wondering if there was time added back to account. obviously wow servers going down cant be helped and you obviously need to do updates as well i was just wondering if you guys do this or even possible.

I'm not angry i was just wondering

What BubbaDad meant to say was. Yes, they do typically recoup your lost time.

Already paid for a month just a few days ago so i would be wasting money but i will be upgrading to unlimited as soon as month runs out.
