i have an accoubt abd i bought a new key ,i start HB log in to my char, all goes fine, till i cant load any questing profiles, thay r gone, all of them eaven Those i bought 
, and i cant download them again cos it says that i already have downloaded them..and dont have a key, that i got in a sms, and in buddy auth it says my key has expierd, and no new one exist ,but i can log in to HB in game
can someone plz help me
