Please use common sense when creating plugins.
Real people do not cast portal and insta-except 1ms after creation.
we do not turn in a quest, get a reward, and except the new quest in 3ms. (this is probably how quest botters are getting flagged for ban)
At least TRY and make things look like a real person could pull them off.
