Alert when whispered or says around?

Hello guys, it's me again ^^

I've been looking on the forum for some kind of alert when I get whispered or someone say stuff around me, something loud enough so I can hear it while watching a movie for example...

I've found some stuff, but they all seems to be outdated... Here's what I'm talking about:

I have a working one called RedAlert its one of wired420's work if you have skype or something I could send it to you there just PM me
