Title says it all. There is no current working AIML plugins working atm, also there was a separate program what was up but now the server is down.

Yes, collarse does not work, ZNFK does not work (servers down 404 error), and kingreply is down also.

I was wondering if someone could maybe pick off where they left off, something.

I am a fan of AIML programs as it's saved me ass countless times.

Did you read my first post? I was using that untill two days ago when the server 404 error occured i tried it again about an hour before i posted it. It's down as of last time i checked.

Edit1: Just Tried, and got the same error "The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found."
Edit2: He did a domain transfer on the 15th, witch means the program may not be pointed at the correct server. So it's currently down that's just me gussing but nothing has been updated, and no information has been released as to what the go is.
Edit3: There is a new version, thanks. I'll check out the new version.

Just curious about this ZNFK thing (being new to botting), is this 'legal' for wow or is it a bot. If so, how safe is it?

And how does it reply, what does it say? Is this configurable, is it always the same sentences or random?

it is based on a kind of "database" where it get its answers from. Somebody whispers you "hi" so the bot checks his so called "aiml" file for >hi< and answers with what is set as an answer. There can be multiple/different answers and i'm not sure but i think it also has something like a "spam protection".

Anyway i would not recommend using chat bots as it can break your neck in no time. Players are used to get ignored while raiding, doing quests or whatever..for example while infight so i would just not care.
If you have the possibility, that is what i'm doing, create a IRC channel and use something like QuickIRC - An IRC Monitoring and Control Plugin by Apoc & wired420
It is very fast and you can reply yourself.
To clarify things...this is just my experience i don't want to talk bad about anything. I know creating good aiml files is a lot of work, it is just a decision of yourself, wheter to use automated chat answers or not.

aiml style programs can work really well, but the ultimate goal if it must be to GET OUT OF ANY CONVERSATION AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. they're notorious for saying wildly crazy things very quickly. if you're able to use an IRC messaging system as DaSoul mentioned above me, by all means use it. but a lot of people use the bot to NOT have to sit at a keyboard/phone/whatever monitoring WoW all day.
