Where do I find an updated version of customrules with the legacy items added?

Generally speaking, you won't find it anywhere. I'm sure some people have updated rules, but no one has shared a comprehensive list yet. You should go ahead and either make your own or use something like StashBuddy to filter uniques worth enough to keep.
