AIF and CommunityLib don't work

Hello, after install AIF errors appeared: Cannot load [AdvancedItemFilter 1.3.0.1] because there is no [3rdparty.json] file.
Cannot load [CommunityLib 0.0.0.6] because the assembly name [Community] is already in use.
How to solve it? And where can i download actual version of this plugins?

But it seems no one really wants to post and maintain an updated 3.3 version that is ready to use, and instead it circulates via PMs and off-site links that aren't allowed to be posted on the forums.

There is an assembly name conflict as we have an assembly named "Community" and your old "CommunityLib" should be "CommunityLib" and not "Community".
