I split my resources across the following bank types; Herb, Ore, Cloth, Leather, Eternals, Random.
Each bank sells no more than 16stacks of each resources, so for example 16 stacks of Saronite and 16 stacks of Cobalt.
Rarer resources like Titanium I just post 3 per time and replace the ones that get sold.
Weekends are also very good for selling as the amount of people buying is increased, so basically the small loss you make with the items being sold under normal week day prices is made up by the volume you sell.
