Again and again PROBLEM with HB??????????????????

Hello there, i have problem with my HB 1 min work and automatic going down no work , if i like to start him again i cant i must to restart my pc WTF ,pls anyone to help me ??????????

when u open it again does it give u a msg that its already open try again in 30 secs
