after updated, rebornbuddy keep stopped workin

I am a Chinese version user, well after I updated the new version of rebornbuddy for 3.15 (which requires .net 4.61), the program keep showing "rebornbuddy has stopped working"
I have uninstalled .net 4.61, VC++2005,2008 and reinstalled them, but the problem still exist.
I even asked my friend to send me a new copy of rebornbuddy but still, wont work.
I also try to use Buddy Wizard but it shows everything is fine.

SO could someone help me with the problem plz? really freaks me out! My system is WIN7. It worked perfectly in the previous version(which dont requires .net 4.61)

Uninstall all the listed redistributables and .net frameworks. Then download the wizard again as it has been updated. https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
