After LVL 80 Disc Priest CC - SPAM POWER FORTITUDE until Run's OUT OF MANA!

Hi guys, i use some priests CC disc. Yesterday all its fine, but today when got lvl 80, and doing some dungeons, i cant heal anything, because my Disc Cc just spam power fortitude until runs out of mana. I try some DISC CC like NoobRage, Lazy Doubt, etc.. an all classes doing same sheet..

the problem can be cc class. but why just happened to level 80?


I do clean hb install, and happens same..
