After Key input, RB does not open.

When I try to open it again it always says max sessions, and I can't find it in task manager, and put in a support to get into my BuddyAuth to close it that way. But it seems it only opens correctly less than half the time, and the other times I keep having to log off and on my computer everytime.

I know it was, was doing a quest and troubleshooting stuff with y2 on the 2.1 profile then I went to re open the bot after FFXIV froze and boom no worky.
