Forgot to mention im running the 32bit version and in windowed mode. As I said, bot used to be running fine till updated... so my game settings etc shouldnt cause any problems.

check your anti-virus that its not removing or blocking access to honorbuddy files.
reDownload the latest version of honorbuddy. http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.
