After ban - What do i do so WOW can't tie my banned account to new account?

OK i got banned...

I'm stupid and want to get a new account,keys, etc. and bot again...

What do i do so WOW can't tie my banned account to new?

Example:
New pmt method (tokens?)
change HWID?
Change my IP?
