As a business you should be doing everything to accommodate both sides of your client base. Usa server's always have been up before EU side. So why after all these years does usa side have to wait a whole day and suffer. Eu side is still running on the pre updated version so in all reality eu is only down for hours not days so in reality usa side has to suffer. Now I know this post is going to bring flamers but look at it from a consumer side that usa has always got crapped on with downtime while eu sits and bots clear up to server maintence and then a few hours after HB does the fixes to get it back going again. I just would like to know one logical answer as to why the fixes cant be repaired for us then you can tweek eu side if need be why make us wait a whole day before you get usa back up and running. I know ive spent a bunch of money on this bot and its not good business to make us wait while your still going for a whole day and we sit and watch. Thank god for my rotation bot so I don't have to rely on this product( not that any of the CR's are any good) but still would be nice to get the daily crap done on Tuesdays.
